October Update

Let's keep the waves in motion together...

It's been a moment, my friends! I send out email communications very rarely. Maybe this is the first one you've received. If so, welcome to my little corner of the internet! I promise not to overflow your mailbox with heaps of marketing messages. Pinky swear.

I simply wanted to let you know I'm still here, teaching, learning, growing, sharing. And I've been working on some exciting projects, that I'm incredibly eager to share with you in the coming months. Here's a little info on what's been happening so far...

What's New:

Strong Flow Pop-ups!

A lot of yoga classes are equal parts stretch + strength. Let's lean into the strength side of the equation with a fun, flowy workout in support of a good cause. We combine vinyasa yoga with extra resistance from blocks, bands & bodyweight to turn up the fire in this 60-minute session. Donation-based classes running October 15th & 29th in Collingwood.

Foundations of Flow

Newer to Yoga? Need to brush up on the basics? Feeling uncertain or uncomfortable in class? This 2-part workshop series is designed to give you the confidence you need to show up fearlessly in any group yoga class! It's never too late to (re)learn the basics.

Let's connect, in the great outdoors!

Movement, sunshine & connection. Some of the key ingredients to keeping our bodies & minds inMotion as the seasons change. I am organizing (free) group hikes to connect the like-minded people in our community and spend time in nature. No strings attached: just let me know if you'd like to join and I'll share the details!

Lots of things may have changed since we last connected. (Some of you have been around since my very early days of hosting park yoga!)

My mission remains the same, however: to help you strike balance between movement and stillness, and in that balance: the drive to keep moving forward towards your best & most beautiful life.
